Cosmic Point-Solder Unit PSU500 is the optimal electronic assembly equipment that enables you, with a superb precision, to solder components on the joint, regardless of the shape and / or the material to be joined.
We have devised our own system by using a soldering ceramic tip that can be heated and prevent solder from sticking to it as well, whereby PSU500 excels in connecting one component to another (in the condition that the temperatures of the nib (tip) are set up on between 500 and 600 Celsius degrees).
All of these originated in our foresight, that is, we would’ve needed to provide a fix amount of solder to each point. We figured out the way to do that by cutting a solder wire evenly so that the whole process could attain to perfection and joints be stabilized as planned. Note: in order to solder many points on a component, all of the soldering data on PSU500 are adjustable to customize each soldering point. By digitizing the data, we’ve succeeded in helping you minimize the variance of daily, weekly and monthly output.
